Fitness and exercise has been a hobby of mine since 2020. Working out has been apart of my life for a few years now and I am excited to share the best exercises and tips that will help people reach their goals. As a full time college student and workaholic, I understand how difficult it can be to balance life while also making an effort to stay consistent in the gym. The workouts throughout this challenge include exercises that have helped me reach my goals of building muscle while loosing fat around different areas of my body. I also recognize that everybody is different and not every workout will have the same result. I want to work with everyone individually because I WANT my clients to be satisfied and reach their goals - I am willing to alter and personalize the challenge based of lifestyle to accommodate best to everyone.

Even though I have been going to the gym consistently for 4 years, I still consider this stage of my fitness journey as the beginning because I would like to compete in a hyrox in September 2026 and in the later future an body building competition once I am done with school and have time to put all my efforts towards that. For now, I am focusing on maintaining my fitness and balancing my schedule. So far, I have lost 35 pounds since I started my journey in a sustainable manner without implementing a strict diet. I am looking forward to working with you and I would be honored to help you reach your fitness goals :)
